Alpine Conveyor
This unit uses minimal space to elevate or lower and
store parts, utilizes multi-flex chain with blue steel
guides and is fully automatic.

Helical
Blue steel gravity storage unit may be built in an array
of sizes and heights.  They reduce required floor space
for storage, maintain part orientation, storage capacity
accommodates system requirements and are an
economical method of storage.  Units may utilize either
ride rail or roller bearing cross-sections.
Lift and Carry Transfer Units
Units are designed to accumulate parts and transfer
them without touching or scratching.  Lift and carry
transfers can be hydraulic, pneumatic or
electro-mechanical.
Mass Flow Storage Conveyor
Units receive parts from inline transfers via gravity track,
power or manual load.  When required, parts are
entered back into the automatic handling system
through a metered automatic gate onto a high-speed
conveyor.  This unit may also be used to feed a manual
unload station.
Basket System
In this system a part or parts are handled in a transfer
basket that provides a no-touch process.  The baskets
then can be transferred via pick & places and/or
conveyor.  These systems are good for applications that
handle large quantities of parts of a non-spherical
shape.
Pallet Loops
Pallets are transferred to an offline loop within the
system to be buffered.  With the use of RF tags loops
can be used to accumulate product information, part
type, operation number, date, or any specific
characteristics.  Pallets also have a no-touch feature.
Buffer Systems

ASI can provide you with a wide
variety of part buffers.

Our engineering team works with
our customers in all phases of the
product development process -
from initial design assistance
through actual production.
Rotary Accumulator Table
Great for spherical parts (gears, bearing races, etc.).
Ideal for areas with little floor space.  Units can be used
for manual load or unload.  Accumulation and
automatic discharge to machines or assembly are two
common uses.
Bi-Flow Conveyor
Units receive parts from inline transfers via gravity track,
power or manual load.  When required, parts are
entered back into the automatic handling system
through a metered automatic gate onto a high-speed
conveyor.  This unit may be used at manual load or
unload stations.
Stacker/Destacker
This unit systematically and automatically loads and
unloads parts into and from baskets custom designed to
the part it is handling.  These baskets when filled can
be removed from the machine and replaced with more
empties, or the parts can be reintroduced into the
machining or assembly line.
